Recently, Pavlo has branched out to sing several songs on his latest album, Irresistible. “It was a natural progression to compose music that combined my childhood studies of Flamenco/Latin Guitar with my love for Greek music and European music in general,” commented Pavlo." |

featuring Brownman - trumpet Ross MacIntyre - acoustic & electric basses Colin Kingsmore - drums ---- A musical preview of what's to come in October! EveryOctober award-winning internationally acclaimed jazz trumpet player BROWNMAN ALI brings his inspired Miles Davis Tribute series to the Trane - over 5 Fridays in Oct, Brownman leads 5 different all-star groups through 5 eras of Miles Davis' monumental career. Tonight Brownman will play a small sampling of each weeks flavours from Miiles' time in Charlie Parker's band in the late 40's through to his electric periods in the 80's. Brown will be accompanied byBen Miller (from God Made Me Funky) on both acousic & electric basses and is featured on Week 4 this year; and Colin Kingsmore (from Brownman Electryc Trio) on drums, who is featured on Week 5. DJ Kush Nubia will spin between sets and through the night. |
